Level Mind
Track spirals. See patterns. Find clarity.
When small rejections feel catastrophic, Level Mind helps you build evidence that your fears are almost always wrong.
The Problem
A friend doesn't text back. Your boss reschedules a meeting. Someone doesn't laugh at your joke.
Suddenly, you're convinced they hate you. You're getting fired. You've ruined everything.
The spiral feels completely real in the moment. Hours later, you realize: it was nothing.
But by then, you've already spent hours in emotional hell.
What Level Mind Does
Level Mind helps you track these catastrophic thinking spirals and see the pattern over time:
You've worried about this 50 times. It was fine 48 times.
That evidence doesn't stop spirals. But it helps. It gives you something to hold onto when your mind is lying to you.

Why I Built This
I built Level Mind because I needed it.
I have GADS (Generalized Anxiety-Depression Syndrome), and I spiral constantly. After years of therapy learning about catastrophic thinking patterns, I realized: I needed proof that my fears were lying to me.
I needed data showing: "You've spiraled about texts 20 times. It was fine every time."
So I built this app.
I experience spirals through anxiety, not ADHD. But the pattern is the same. And after researching, I learned many people experience similar spirals through different conditions—RSD in ADHD/Autism, social anxiety, rumination patterns.
This app doesn't speak for those communities. It's just a tool I needed, built by someone who spirals too, offered to anyone else who might find it helpful.
